Consult our calendar or booking system and book directly via the website, by email, or by phone.
You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, no refund will be issued and the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Yes, pets are welcome upon request (maximum 2 per room). An additional charge of €10 per stay applies.
Baby cot available on request. For management and comfort reasons, additional extra beds are not offered.
We do not have rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility or connecting rooms, but the family room “Terre Éternelle” combines two separate rooms into one unit.
Check-in from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM; check-out until 10:30 AM.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
Credit card, instant bank transfer, PayPal, cheque, or cash.

Dinner is available by reservation every day, except Fridays from June to the end of September (€25/adult – €15/under 12). Lunch is also available on request. For management reasons and to accommodate allergies/intolerances, please book at least 48 hours in advance.
Nearby restaurants are very limited, especially in the evenings; we strongly recommend making a reservation. There is a grocery store in the neighboring villages of Camurac and Belcaire. For hikers, however, these are off the GR trails, often with limited stock and inconvenient opening hours.
Yes, snowshoes and sleds (free of charge) are available for rent on-site.
