Reservations

Online Reservation
- The full payment for your stay is required at the time of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation email. Please check that the payment has been processed and look in your spam folder in case the confirmation ended up there.
- If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your reservation confirmation will be subject to the same conditions as on-request reservations (see below).

On-Request Reservation
- After receiving your request, we check the availability of your chosen dates and send you an email with the details of your stay and payment instructions. All reservations imply acceptance of our general terms of sale.
- Full payment for your stay must be received within 7 days of sending this email. Upon receipt, your reservation becomes definitive. After this period, we reserve the right to offer the accommodation to other guests.

Cancellation by Guest
- You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. In this case, any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
- For cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be retained and the remaining balance of the stay will be due.
- Unused nights cannot be refunded. In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the initially booked stay will still be charged.

Cancellation by Us
- In the very rare event that we are forced to cancel a reservation, and only due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, any payment made will be fully refunded. We will make every effort, as far as possible, to offer you alternative accommodation of comparable quality.

Room Change
- We reserve the right to change your room to one of similar or higher category at no extra cost if necessary for scheduling purposes or due to circumstances beyond our control.
